Nilu

The first time Nilu came, she wanted shaping for her curls and some red to tone her existing highlights.

The second time she came, her curls needed shaping again and the toner had faded.

She wanted purple toner. I love the purple haze on her hair. It is subtle but fun.

Thanks Nilu for sending me the after photos.
Hadeel
Hadeel had never had a DevaCut before. She wanted some shaping, but to keep her length.

After we cut it she said, “When I came in, I didn’t know what I wanted, but now I do, this is what I wanted!”

She recently came back in. It had been 4 months since her last cut. You can see how well the shape held.

She was ready for a bigger change. Here you can see what her hair looks like after cutting, but before styling.

We cleansed with No-poo Original and used Original One Condition for moisture. In drippy wet hair we added a cocktail of ultra gel and styling cream. Smoothing over and scrunching in. Clips were placed at the roots for lift and then we scrunched with a Deva microfiber towel to start her drying process. Then spritzed with Set it Free to lock in moisture and add some shine and popped her under the dryer until dry. At which point we scrunched to break the cast and fluffed at the roots.

She was left with beautifully defined silky curls. 😊

Danielle

Danielle came in for a Deva Cut which included the No-poo Transformation.

You can see how awesome her waves are once we took off some of the weight pulling them down and styled it.
We really worked (scrunched) Decadence one condition and a lot of water into her hair after cleansing it. Then while it was still drippy wet, we layered B’leave-in, Ultra gel, and Styling cream. Then put in some clips at the roots for lift, and scrunched out the extra water with a microfiber Deva Towel. We finished by misting her hair with Set it Free and letting it dry under the dryer. At home, she can let it air dry or use a diffuser.
